Why isn't my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If it's still not working after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days
International shipments may have limited tracking updates during transit, especially between countries. This is normal. If there's no update for more than 7 days, please contact us.
It says "delivered" but I haven't received it
First, check with neighbours and any safe places where packages might be left. If you still can't find it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the carrier.
I never received a shipping confirmation email
Please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend your tracking information.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
